How to install these brushes:
1. Open Adobe Photoshop.
2. Create the new project. File > New
3. Select "Brush Tool".
4. Click the right button of your mouse.
5. In the pop-up window, find the gear in the upper right corner.
6. Click on the gear and choose and select "Load Brushes".
7. Find the folder where the file "Wavy Particles Brushes.abr" is located and click twice with the left mouse button.
8. After that, you will see brushes set on the pop-up window.
