本PS模板是由Graphicriver机构出品的超炫光绘艺术特效预设PS动作，Graphicriver Light Painting 12849849，大小：2.4 MB，格式：ATN，ABR，包含绚烂微光艺术特效PS动作文件，为设计师提供精彩绝伦的灵感素材，使用软件：建议Photoshop CS5或以上版本。
有时候我们对照片或是图像都需要加一些特效，让其快速变得更多好看，比如添加些复古感觉的色彩、黑白、怀旧等效果，使用这些PS Action你可以很快就能处理你想要的效果，方便好用！
.Atn文件是PHOTOSHOP里的动作集
它是PHOTOSHOP预设好的，可以从网络上面下载你喜欢的样式直接调用，也可以录制自己动作文件，
在中文版的PHOTOSHOP里他叫"动作.atn"
装载步骤：
1.首先调出动作面板：窗口--显示动作（快捷键“Alt+F9”）
2.装载动作集：点击动作面板右上角（关闭按钮下面）带箭头小圆按钮，出现菜单
3.选择菜单中".atn"装载动作到动作面板
4.使用时注意去掉不想应用的动作指令前的小勾（比如固定的默认动作和画框集中不用的动作）
如果对动作不熟最好不播放动作（拉开该动作查看详细步骤能得更多启发）创意也更自由点 动作一般来说只是针对简单的批量处理。

This action will create the modern art with numerous effects such as neon light and glowing, bokeh and stars ... combined with the background image such as abstract painting, normal painting, original photo.
After the action has finished rendering, it creates a well organised layer structure. Each layer and layer group are named appropriately and color coded to create a neat working environment for you. Use them by try to experiment with all the different layers. Hide or show layer, duplicate layer to enhance the effects, transform, rotate, change blend mode, ect… You can create unlimited effects, with only a few minutes of experimenting with the layers, saving your time.
The action has been tested and working on Photoshop CS5,CS6,CC+.
The action will ONLY WORK IN THE ENGLISH VERSION OF PHOTOSHOP . If you are not using the English version of Photoshop, you can always change it to English and then back again to your native language using this method.
